This role will focus on managing the aftersales operations for their Electric Vehicle (EV) franchise, including service and parts departments. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire aftersales operations for the EV franchise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage the service and parts departments, driving performance to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Implement strategies to optimise service delivery, parts availability, and overall aftersales profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of aftersales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Analyse aftersales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in EV technology and aftersales best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
- Solid background in aftersales management within the automotive industry.
- Experience with Electric Vehicles (EVs) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing service and parts operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
