Our prestigious GCC-based client is on the lookout for a talented Bentley Master Technician to lead a dynamic team of technicians in their state-of-the-art facility.
About the Role:
As the Bentley Master Technician, you will:
Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of skilled technicians, ensuring they meet and exceed corporate goals.
Hands-On Expertise: Work directly on vehicles, showcasing your exceptional technical skills and knowledge.
Training & Development: Ensure your team is fully trained and up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques.
Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service and handle management reporting with precision.
Qualifications:
Master Tech Certification: Essential with Bentley, but similar platforms like VW or Audi are also acceptable.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and lead a team.
Technical Proficiency: High-level expertise in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
Customer Focus: Strong customer-facing skills to enhance service experience.
