Our client, a leading automotive Group in the GCC, seeks a dynamic individual for the role of Crane Supervisor/Specialist/Manager within their Heavy Equipment division.
Job Overview:
As a Crane Specialist/Supervisor/Manager, you'll be a senior heavy equipment mechanic specialising in the modernisation and repair of cranes. Responsibilities include supervising a team of crane technicians, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades, as well as serving as a mentor and technical trainer.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven experience as a crane technician
- Extensive knowledge of SANY heavy equipment
- Thorough knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
- Certification from an accredited trade school
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of crane technicians
- Inspecting equipment for proper function
- Performing maintenance and repairs
- Installing new cranes and equipment
- Maintaining records of work performed
- Training other technicians and workers
- Adhering to safety regulations
