Digital Sales Manager - Call Centre
Our GCC based client, a well-established automotive Group, are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Manager to oversee a dynamic team of outbound call agents. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy, driving customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of outbound call agents.
- Oversee the digital sales process, ensuring timely and effective handling of customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure quality control by monitoring call quality and implementing process improvements.
- Utilise advanced Excel skills for data processing, manual data input, and creating detailed sales reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and other departments to optimise the online sales funnel and enhance customer experience.
- Identify new opportunities and trends in the digital landscape to maximise revenue and market share.
- Develop and execute online promotional activities through advertising, email campaigns, and SMS blasts.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to drive team productivity and growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in an outbound call centre.
- Proven experience in managing digital sales projects from conceptualisation to implementation.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel for data processing and analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and communication channels.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
