General Manager (Automotive) | GCC Based
Our client is a leading automotive group in the GCC, and we’re supporting them in the search for an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership.
Reporting directly to the Group General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all core departments – including finance, sales, parts, and service – ensuring the dealership runs efficiently and delivers exceptional results. This role is vital in supporting the group’s ongoing success and allowing senior leadership to focus on broader strategic goals.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has extensive automotive industry expertise with running all aspects of a busy dealership
- Brings strong leadership experience within the Middle East
- Is currently based in the GCC (preferred)
- Has a background in European/Western markets
