Job Overview:
An established automotive dealer group in the GCC is seeking a General Manager - Sales to lead their sales operations. The successful candidate will drive profitability, lead the sales team, and manage day-to-day operations while focusing on growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Lead and motivate a sales team, providing ongoing training and performance management.
- Set and monitor sales targets for showrooms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting for senior leadership.
- Manage daily operations of sales teams, ensuring adherence to brand policies and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure optimal vehicle inventory levels and customer satisfaction.
- Foster relationships with key clients and partners, assisting in deal negotiations.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of automotive sales experience, including 2+ years in a senior management role.
- Proven success in P&L management and achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with OEMs and regional offices.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
