Are you an experienced audit professional with a passion for governance, risk management, and driving organisational excellence? We are seeking a visionary Group Audit Director to lead our Client’s Internal Audit function and ensure it aligns with industry best practices.
About the Role:
As Group Audit Director, you will:
- Oversee the Internal Audit function, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Develop and implement strategic audit plans.
- Lead the team in delivering financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits.
- Provide critical insights to the Audit Committee and senior management on risk and control measures.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote a culture of risk awareness and governance.
What We’re Looking For:
- A professional qualification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent.
- A strong background with at least 15 years of internal audit experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience working in the GCC region, with a solid understanding of local laws and regulations.
- Expertise in internal auditing, risk management, and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in data analytics and IT-related controls is a plus.
