Head of Fleet & Leasing – GCC Location
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Fleet & Leasing to join our client's dynamic team in the GCC. If you meet the requirements below, we would love to hear from you.
Sales Management: Proven experience in managing a monthly sales volume of not less than 600+ vehicles, including fleet, leasing, and tenders.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable deals and contracts.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing market trends and sales data to drive business growth.
Sales & Profit Growth: Demonstrated history of inspiring sales and profit growth in previous roles.
Product Positioning: Ability to position products effectively against competitors.
GCC Experience: Employment history within the GCC is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Native Arabic speakers are preferred.
