Our client, a leading automotive group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales for their premium brand. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape and lead sales strategies for renowned global brands, driving remarkable sales growth and maximising market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term growth objectives.

Sales and Market Share: Oversee all sales operations, ensuring the achievement of sales volume targets and market share expansion.

Team Management: Lead a large sales team, in excess of 100 employees.

Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with key fleet, B2B customers, and dealer networks, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Budget Management: Control and optimise sales budgets, ensuring profitability while meeting financial targets.

Dealer Development: Develop and implement dealer strategies, including franchise planning, appointment, and termination of dealer points.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously assess market activities, identifying opportunities and threats to drive tactical sales programs.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven Automotive Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a successful sales management role.

Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Leadership & Strategy: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.

Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of buyer behaviours, negotiation skills, and industry practices.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Preferred Candidates:

Arabic Speakers: Arabic language is essential, aligning with cultural and market needs.

Local Expertise: Candidates already based in Saudi Arabia with no restrictions on transferring sponsorship will have a significant advantage.
