Position: Marine Solutions Manager
Location: GCC
Our client, a prominent GCC-based Group, is a leading distributor of marine outboard motors. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marine Solutions Manager to join their team. As part of their commitment to excellence, they are dedicated to providing top-notch products and services to customers in the marine industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the marine business segment including sales and aftersales of marine outboard motors.
- Drive business development initiatives to ensure the stable growth of the team and company.
- Develop strategies and action plans to increase revenue within the marine division, employing PDCA methodologies.
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and aftersales targets.
- Prepare yearly marine P&L and business plans for improvements and investments.
- Analyse the market, identify competitors' weaknesses, and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure implementation of industry standards in departmental operations.
- Report technical issues to principals and propose solutions.
- Manage stock levels of outboard motors and place orders based on sales forecasts and patterns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to maintain market awareness of the latest marine updates.
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position within the marine industry.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent people management skills with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Proven track record in strategic planning and organisational development.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
