Position Overview:
The role will encompass providing top-level diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for McLaren vehicles. Your extensive knowledge of McLaren systems, coupled with your unwavering commitment to excellence, will be the driving force behind the service centre’s success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Efficiently diagnose and repair complex McLaren vehicle issues.
- Perform advanced diagnostics using specialised tools.
- Execute repairs to McLaren's rigorous standards.
- Oversee routine maintenance, including inspections and fluid replacements.
- Proficiently diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
Qualifications:
- McLaren Certified Master Technician
- 5+ years of automotive technician experience, with a focus on high-performance vehicles
- Advanced knowledge of McLaren vehicle systems, including electrical and mechanical components
- Proficiency in using manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools and software
