Job Title: Parts Manager

Our client is a large, established automotive group based in the GCC, renowned for its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. We are actively searching for a visionary Parts Manager to take the reins of the Parts division and drive it towards strategic excellence.
Job Purpose:
As a pivotal leader in this strategic role, you will oversee parts operations, ensuring a seamless departmental functionality that not only meets but exceeds sales, profit, and availability targets. Your primary objective is to craft and execute high-level business plans, negotiate impactful deals, and build enduring relationships with customers and external partners, all contributing to the overall success of their service operations.
Principal Accountabilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute high-level business plans aligned with the strategic vision of the Parts business.
Customer Engagement: Identify and engage potential wholesale and volume customers, negotiating transformative deals for parts sales. Cultivate an updated customer database to expand their market reach and influence.
Stakeholder Relations: Foster continuous contact with Principals, staying ahead with the latest pricing and promotional information.
Inventory Management: Proactively plan and manage optimal inventory levels, striking a balance between business demand and cost-effectiveness.
Networking: Establish and nurture a network of influential business contacts to enhance market awareness and gather crucial intelligence.
Creative Growth Strategies: Leverage creative approaches, such as promoting the use of Genuine Parts, to stimulate growth in parts sales.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide comprehensive reports and analyses for Principals and internal Management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
