- 10+ years of leadership experience in managing large-scale parts departments, overseeing teams of 200+ people in high-volume, multi-brand environments.

- A visionary mindset with a track record of implementing forward-looking initiatives that deliver results.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a large team toward achieving ambitious goals.
