About the Role:

Our client, a large, diverse UAE based group are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to drive strategic initiatives, enhance recruitment operations, and build a diverse and high-performing workforce. This pivotal role will oversee recruitment processes, ensure brand alignment, and support Emiratisation efforts while managing a dedicated team of recruitment professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Leadership:

  • Develop and lead initiatives to attract top talent that aligns with the company’s culture and values.
  • Innovate and execute strategies for filling complex and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build and maintain a cost-effective and efficient hiring channel mix.

Brand Alignment & Employer Positioning:

  • Ensure all job advertisements adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Partner with marketing teams to create compelling social media campaigns to attract diverse talent.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee recruitment team operations, mentoring and setting performance goals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and meet workforce needs.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for recruitment campaigns and manage vendor relationships.

Innovative Sourcing & Compliance:

  • Explore new sourcing methods and advertising platforms to discover untapped talent pools.
  • Stay updated on labour laws and ensure compliance across recruitment activities.
  • Implement background checks and manage professional references and offer letters.

Team Development:

  • Lead, motivate, and train the recruitment team to excel in their roles.
  • Recommend and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
