Are you a seasoned Sales Manager with a proven track record in the GCC automotive market? Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager for a leading volume brand in the GCC region. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in automotive sales management and team leadership.

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales Executives, driving sales performance to meet and exceed both corporate and manufacturer targets. This role requires a strategic leader who can motivate and guide a team, implement sales strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales operations, ensuring the team meets and exceeds corporate and manufacturer sales targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives, setting clear goals and monitoring their performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the GCC market, driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyse market trends and adapt strategies to maximise sales opportunities within the GCC region.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a Sales Manager role, specifically within the GCC automotive sector.
  • GCC Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the GCC automotive market, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Target-Driven: Demonstrable experience in achieving corporate and manufacturer sales targets.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
