Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager for a leading volume brand in the GCC region. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in automotive sales management and team leadership.
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales Executives, driving sales performance to meet and exceed both corporate and manufacturer targets. This role requires a strategic leader who can motivate and guide a team, implement sales strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales operations, ensuring the team meets and exceeds corporate and manufacturer sales targets.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives, setting clear goals and monitoring their performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the GCC market, driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyse market trends and adapt strategies to maximise sales opportunities within the GCC region.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in a Sales Manager role, specifically within the GCC automotive sector.
- GCC Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the GCC automotive market, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Target-Driven: Demonstrable experience in achieving corporate and manufacturer sales targets.
