Job Title: Sales Manager - EV

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Position Overview:

As the Sales Manager - EV, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's luxury brand EV sales division. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote and sell their cutting-edge electric vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in luxury brand EV sales and a genuine passion for the EV industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for luxury EVs in the UAE region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing sales team and provide coaching and guidance to maximise their performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the EV industry and luxury automotive market.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product improvements and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in luxury brand EV sales
  • Strong understanding of the EV market and emerging trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
