About the Role:
Our GCC based importer is seeking a Service Manager – Business Development to join the After Sales team. This strategic role focuses on driving revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion, especially for Bodyshop and Fleet services. You will develop business plans, create tailored service contracts, and collaborate with marketing to enhance customer loyalty and service penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies for service growth and market penetration.
- Manage fleet client relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Lead market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Aftersales Marketing team on customer retention plans.
- Oversee business development projects and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of After Sales experience, with 2+ years in business development.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, fleet management, and competitor analysis.
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) and strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
