This role is critical to the success of their Electric Vehicle (EV) franchise, focusing on managing the service operations while reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service operations for the EV franchise, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient processes.
- Work closely with the Aftersales Manager to implement strategies that optimise service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the service department, ensuring all KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams to support service operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards within the service department.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Analyse service performance data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Stay current with the latest developments in EV technology and service best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience in service management within the automotive industry.
- Experience with Electric Vehicles (EVs) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing service operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
