About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead a busy retail showroom, selling over 200 vehicles per month with a team of 15+ sales professionals. Your role will be to optimise vehicle sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and build a high-performing team. Reporting to the General Manager, Sales, you will play a key role in driving the success of the Group’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive vehicle sales to meet and exceed targets, ensuring showroom inventory and display standards are maintained.
  • Customer Focus: Enhance customer experience and resolve escalated complaints effectively in line with company policies.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse sales team, fostering a competitive and results-oriented culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee showroom safety, security, stock turnover, and compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to marketing initiatives, such as product launches, promotions, and advertising campaigns to increase market share.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage financial transactions, inventory, and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Showroom Manager in a high-volume vehicle sales environment, preferably for a volume brand.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and manage a diverse, multicultural team.
  • Target-driven and strategic thinker with excellent cost management and marketing acumen.
  • Adaptable to a competitive and dynamic market environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a valid GCC driving licence.
