Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - EV Brands

About the Role:
Our GCC-based client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead their Electric Vehicle (EV) brands division. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing sales team in a rapidly evolving and competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for the EV brands.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and business development prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and customers.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize product offerings and sales strategies.
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and business developments to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the automotive industry, with a strong focus on EV or related sectors.
- Experience in the GCC market is highly desirable.
- Arabic language proficiency is essential; English fluency is also required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve sales targets.
- A deep understanding of the EV market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
