Job Title: Technical Manager

Our GCC based client is seeking a skilled Technical Manager to join their team. The role involves overseeing workshop operations, ensuring high standards of technical performance, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage standard operating procedures for the workshop.
- Lead and support the workshop team, ensuring compliance with technical guidelines.
- Provide expert technical advice to staff and customers.
- Liaise between the workshop and manufacturer to resolve technical issues.
- Oversee diagnostic and quality control processes.
- Coordinate resources to optimise efficiency and minimise delays.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: JLR Level 4 Certification
- Strong experience in automotive technical management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
